Wui Hean Goh received the BEng degree is in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2005. After receiving the BEng degree, he was a Research Engineer at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (2005-2006), where he worked on alignment of carbon nanotubes by dieletrophoresis for field effect transistor application. He is currently working toward the M.S. and Ph.D. degree at Georgia Institute of Technology. His research interests include epitaxial growth of Nitride-based semiconductor materials by MOVPE, fabrication of nanostructures, material characterizations, and semiconductor device physics.
