From Luxembourg and Belgium (going south)
Take the A31 freeway toward Metz.
Just north of Metz, at the intersection with the A4 freeway (Paris - Strasbourg), take the A4 freeway toward Strasbourg.
Take the “Metz Est” exit. This exit becomes a very short freeway carrying the number A431.
Follow the Metz Technopôle sign and exit.
Take first right on roundabout towards Technopôle

Two possibilities for the arrival train station :
Lorraine TGV train station (Gare Lorraine TGV) (TGV Est), then take the Shuttle (25min) to go to Metz train station. Travel rate : direct 4.20 €, back and forth 7.40€.
Metz train station (Gare Metz Centre) (1h30 from Paris East train station (Paris Gare de l’Est) )
